Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original RIA packaging.

Package and Ship

Ensure the eyewear is securely placed in its protective case and box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
